I can't find the Sweep link in my email or on the Sweep Management page?

The Sweep link will not be available until the final field of the 2009 Emirates Melbourne Cup is known early on Sunday November 1st. Once the field is known, My Cup Sweep will email all registered Sweep Organisers and let you know that your Sweep link is ready to be sent out.

The Sweep link can also be found under Sweep Management (you must be logged in to view) from November 1st.

I think I've entered the wrong email address and I can't change it in the Edit Profile section.

As your email address is so integral to the way My Cup Sweep works we don't allow Organisers to change their email address. If you've entered the wrong email address when Registering you will have to send an email to help@mycupsweep.com.au and ask for your email address to be changed. You must provide the incorrect email address, the correct email address and your Surname.

How do I delete an entire Sweep?

If you are the Organiser of the Sweep simply Login to My Cup Sweep, click Sweep Management, and then click on the Delete button next to any of the Open sweeps. Completed sweeps cannot be deleted.

How do I delete a runner/selection for an individual Player?

Sometimes a Player may select more runners than they meant to. They will likely contact the Organiser and ask to give some or all of the selected runners back. Within My Cup Sweep we have a process which allows Organisers (and only the Organisers) to delete a random runner from a Players' selections. Deleted runners are randomly selected and deleted one at a time.

To delete runners for Players follow these steps:

Login to My Cup Sweep, click Sweep Reports, click Report by Player, then select a Player from the drop-down list and click the Delete button for the sweep. This will Delete one (1) random runner from that sweep. If you wish to delete multiple runners for that Player simply click the Delete button again.

I have selected too many horses. How do I delete a runner/selection?

Please contact your organiser and they will be able to remove the selection(s) from your list.

What happens if a runner is scratched from the race?

There are two ways that a scratched runner is handled by My Cup Sweep:

1. Runner has not been selected by any Player
If a scratched runner has not been selected by any Player in your Sweep(s) then My Cup Sweep will simply remove it from the list of runners and adjust the prize pools accordingly.

2. My selected runner has been scratched
If your selected runner is scratched from the race then each Player that has selected that runner will receive an email from My Cup Sweep advising them of the options to select another runner - if one is available.

As with 1. above, the prize pools will also be adjusted accordingly.
